We help teens make sense of what they're feeling, and give parents a way back in — without turning either into a project.

Role overview
We're hiring several warm, mature, and engaging Mentor–Facilitators who can help teens, tweens, and parents feel comfortable, heard, and included — in person across Cochin, Chennai, and Bangalore, or remote.
This is not a lecture-based role. The focus is on creating open conversations through activities, reflections, group discussions, and interactive sessions.
You are someone who…
- Warm, patient, and genuinely curious about teenagers
- Comfortable holding space for emotions without rushing to fix
- Experienced in facilitation, counselling, youth work, or education
- Good at reading a room and adapting on the fly
- Fluent in English; comfort with regional languages is a plus
You will…
- Facilitate 60–90 minute workshop sessions for teens, tweens, or parents
- Guide group reflections, activities, and open discussions
- Keep the space safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental
- Collaborate with the emeeqo team to iterate on session design
- Provide brief session notes for follow-up and quality review

DesignUI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer
Role overview
We're looking for a UI/UX designer to shape how emeeqo looks and feels — across our website, workshop materials, and the digital experiences teens and parents touch. You'll own visual and interaction design end to end, turning warm ideas into clean, usable interfaces.
You are someone who…
- Has a strong portfolio of web and/or product design (Figma)
- Thinks in user journeys — wireframes, prototypes, and flows, not just screens
- Cares about accessibility and emotional tone, not only aesthetics
- Can work independently and iterate fast in an early-stage team
- Bonus: motion, illustration, or basic front-end (HTML/CSS)
You will…
- Design responsive landing pages and product/app flows
- Build and maintain a simple design system — colours, type, components
- Turn workshop content into beautiful, usable materials and decks
- Work directly with founders to translate ideas into interfaces
- Test and refine designs from real parent and teen feedback

Role overview
We're looking for a creative Social Media Promoter to grow emeeqo's presence — mainly Instagram — and turn our work with teens and parents into content that genuinely connects. You'll plan, create, and publish reels, posts, and stories that build a warm, trusted community.
You are someone who…
- Lives and breathes Instagram, Reels, and short-form content
- Can write scroll-stopping hooks and warm, human captions
- Is comfortable shooting and editing simple video on a phone
- Understands parents and teens as an audience
- Is organised enough to keep a content calendar running
You will…
- Plan and run the monthly content calendar
- Create reels, carousels, and stories — shoot, edit, and caption
- Grow followers and engagement organically
- Run promo campaigns for workshops (e.g. "Understand Me")
- Track what performs and double down on it
