Does this sound like your home?

There was a time your child told you everything — every small thing about their day. Now you get one word. “Fine.” “Nothing.” A closed door. A phone that is more interesting than you.

You lie awake wondering: When did we stop talking? What did I do wrong? How do I reach them again?

You didn’t do anything wrong. And it’s not too late.

What we’ll do together

Not a lecture. Real stories, small guided groups, and honest conversation — one step each week.

Week 1
This Is Mine
Understand what happened to your child.
  • Why the open kid became a closed teenager
  • The wall they built — and why it isn't rejection
  • Hear the real message beneath "I'm fine"
Week 2
The Brain's Game
Understand why they react this way.
  • The teenage brain — it's biology, not attitude
  • How screens & comparison fuel the outbursts
  • Translate what they really mean
Week 3
Build the Bridge
Understand how to reconnect.
  • Choose your path back: Listen, Ally, or Negotiate
  • Honour your dreams AND theirs
  • Simple daily habits that rebuild trust

What you’ll walk away with

  • A clear understanding of why your teen pulled away
  • The words to say — and the ones to stop saying
  • A way to talk that doesn't end in an argument
  • Confidence to handle screens & phones without a war
  • A small, doable practice to reconnect each week
  • Session recordings, so you never miss a thing

Who it’s for

  • Parents of children aged 13–18
  • Your teen has grown quiet, distant, or defensive
  • Conversations keep turning into conflict
  • You're worried about screens, comparison & pressure
  • You want to understand them, not just control them

Both parents are warmly encouraged to attend together.

Questions parents ask

Everything you need to know before you book.

Does my teenager need to attend?

No — this workshop is for parents only. The change starts with you understanding them differently. Many parents join precisely because they don't yet know how to talk to their teen.

How do I get the ₹999 price?

Simply enter the promo code EMEEQO at checkout on the payment page. The price will reduce from ₹2,999 to ₹999 for the full 3-week workshop.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and shared with you. Live is best for the community and small-group work, but you'll never fall behind.

Where does it happen and how long is it?

Fully online on Zoom — join from anywhere. Three sessions, one per week, 75 minutes each. Joining details are sent after you book.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a supportive, educational workshop for everyday parent–teen struggles. If your teen is facing a serious mental-health concern, we'll gladly point you to professional support.

Can both parents attend?

Yes — both parents are warmly encouraged to join, from the same device or two separate registrations.

What happens after Week 3?

You can opt into a free 30-day mentor check-in — a short weekly touchpoint to help the practice stick at home. emeeqo is the ongoing system for families who want to keep going.

Your teenager is waiting on the other side of the wall.
